Your full contact details will be held by the club secretary and nobody else. This enables us to let you know about club walks and other local activities related to your SLWC membership, to help you make the most of your membership. Your name and phone number(s) will be held by the club treasurer so that you can be reminded, if necessary, that your annual subscription has not yet been received. Members should advise the Secretary if they wish to withdraw permission for their data to be retained.
All your information will be treated confidentially.
